Now this one comes with a big disclaimer. Depending on how hardcore you are with your Keto Diet, you may not even be able to have this in one serving. It comes in at a whopping 39.25 carbs per serving. This recipe is more for if you are having a crazy craving or you are doing Dirty Keto. You can eat less than a serving to bring it down a tad and the carbs are mostly veggie carbs, which I’ve been led to believe, is better.

🛒 Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
8oz cream cheese
1 cup Mozzarella, shredded
1 22 oz jar of Raos Marinara Sauce
1 box of VeggieCraft Zucchini Penne
Optional: dash of red pepper flakes
👩🍳 Instructions:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Start your pasta water and bring it to a boil.
Ina a microwave safe bowl, put the crean cheese and mozzarella cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute to soften then mix the two together.
Add the marinara sauce to the cheese mixture and stir together.
Once your water is boiling, add you pasta to it, stiring frequently.
You have to babysit gluten free pasta as is gets mushy super quick. You can easily miss that perfect texture window otherwise.
Once the beef fully cooked, stir in to the sauce mixture.
Drain the pasta and mix it into the sauce mixture.
Serve topped with some more cheese shreds with some salad and low carb dressing.
