🍫🍓 Keto Chocolate & Strawberry Ice Cream (No Churn!)

Two flavors. One pan. No ice cream maker needed.

Sometimes you just need something cold, sweet, and creamy that won’t knock your keto goals off track. This easy, no-churn ice cream hits the spot—whether you're team chocolate, team strawberry, or both.

It’s super simple, uses pantry staples, and comes together in under 15 minutes (plus chill time). You don’t need an ice cream machine, just a hand mixer and a freezer-safe pan.

🛒 Ingredients

Chocolate Ice Cream Layer

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener (like Swerve or Allulose)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Strawberry Ice Cream Layer

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 2 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener (like Swerve or Allulose)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make the chocolate layer:
In a mixing bowl, whip together the cream, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla until it thickens and forms soft peaks.

  2. Transfer to pan:
Pour the chocolate mixture into one side of a metal loaf pan. Use a strip of foil folded into a divider to hold it in place—make a small lip on the bottom and the mixture will help keep it upright.

  3. Make the strawberry layer:
Blend the frozen strawberries until chopped. In a clean bowl, whip the cream, sweetener, vanilla, and chopped strawberries until thick and fluffy.

  4. Add to pan:
Pour the strawberry mixture into the other half of the pan. Remove the foil divider.

  5. Freeze:
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until set.

  6. Serve & enjoy:
Scoop it out just like regular ice cream! Serve as is, or add a few chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips on top.
